Carla - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Carla. I've been working in the dental and orthodontic field for six years and I absolutely love it! The best part of my job is interacting with all the different people I meet. I find it very rewarding to be able to teach children and adults how to care for their teeth and braces.
When I am not in the office you'll find me spending most of my time outdoors hiking, sledding or riding bikes with my seven year old daughter, Hannah.
Neddy - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Neddy. I have worked as an orthodontic assistant for the past 14 years and joined the Ritucci - Friedman Orthodontics team in 1999. I enjoy taking part in creating beautiful new smiles and seeing the self confidence grow in every patient we treat. Being fluent in Spanish also helps our office communicate with a variety of patients.
When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my five year old son, Jaylen, as well as with family and friends.
Erin - Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, my name is Erin and I have been working as an orthodontic assistant since 1988, working for Ritucci - Friedman Orthodontics since 2003. In the office I particularly enjoy meeting patients and supporting them throughout their treatment process. I find being an orthodontic assistant both challenging and rewarding.
When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with friends and family and walking my favorite dog.
Amy - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Amy. I have been working at Ritucci - Friedman as an orthodontics assistant since 2004. I began in the dental field in 1995 as a dental assistant when I graduated from the Eli Whitney Dental Assisting Program. I enjoy the close interaction with patients and work hard to provide them with a pleasant experience.
In my free time I love to spend time with my husband Jeff. We recently got married and are expecting our first child in May, 2010. We are very excited to become parents to a baby boy. I also love scrap booking and spending time with family and friends.
Donna - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi! My name is Donna and I have worked at Ritucci - Friedman orthodontics since June of 1990. I graduated from Eli Whitney Technical School of Dental Assisting in 1978. As an orthodontic assistant my duties include assisting the doctors, taking inventory, and laboratory work.
When I am not working, I like spending time with my dogs who I rescued. A passion of mine is saving animals by adopting or finding homes for abandoned animals and donating to animal charities.
Donna - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Donna, but you also might hear me referred to around here by my nickname, “Frosty”. I have been a dental assistant for 30 years, and my first 10 years were spent in general dentistry. I have been with Ritucci - Friedman Orthodontics since 1990, and will celebrate my 20th year here this June. Besides my duties as an orthodontic assistant in the treatment area, you might also see me in the front of the office as a treatment coordinator, helping people begin their treatment with the practice. Orthodontic assisting has been a rewarding career because I help patients achieve that perfect smile. It has been a pleasure to work with a professional and friendly staff who are dedicated to giving our patients such a positive experience.
When I'm not at the office, you will find me very busy with my husband of 21 years, Tom, our two teenage children, Abby and Thomas, and our dog, Jack, who always have me on the run.
Erica - Appointment and Financial Coordinator
Hi! My name is Erica and I am the newest addition to the Ritucci - Friedman Orthdontic team. I graduated from Briarwood College with an Associates Degree as a Dental Administrative Assistant. I am available to answer your call, schedule your appointment and assist with any questions or needs. I am really enjoying interacting with all the new people I meet.
In my spare time I ride motocross and in the winter you can find me on the slopes snowboarding.
Cathy - Appointment and Financial Coordinator
Hi, my name is Cathy. I am seated at the front desk, so I am one of the first faces that you will see when you come into the office. I have been with Ritucci - Friedman Orthodontics since July, 2003. Some of my duties include answering the phones and scheduling appointments. Every day I enjoy getting the opportunity to meet new patients and help existing patients.
I am happily married to my husband Brian. We have a son, Billy, and recently became grandparents to Hayden Joseph.
Lois - Treatment Coordinator
Hi, my name is Lois. I'm a treatment coordinator for Drs. Ritucci and Friedman. I have been in the orthodontic field for 25 years, 19 of which have been with this practice. As treatment coordinator my duties are to discuss treatment plans and payment options with you. I enjoy the lasting relationships that we form with our patients while creating their perfect smile.
Outside the office, I enjoy running, the theater, and spending time with my family.
Karen - Appointment and Financial Coordinator
Hi, I'm Karen. I have enjoyed working at Ritucci - Friedman Orthodontics since September, 1999 as a financial coordinator. I made a career change after 17 years in the banking industry, so finance is my specialty. I enjoy meeting and greeting new and existing patients and am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. It is very exciting to be an integral part of creating a beautiful smile.
In my free time I can be found on Sanibel Beach, watching the Dallas Cowboys, or spoiling my niece's Papillon, Annabelle.
