Severe Deep Overbite Correction

This patient shows the correction of a severe deep overbite with spacing between the upper front teeth, rotated upper lateral incisors, and a Class II bite. Treatment involved braces, elastic wear, and about 20 months of precise orthodontic care.

A deep overbite isn’t just a cosmetic concern — it can cause premature wear on the front teeth and strain on the bite over time. Functionally, this patient’s bite was balanced and stabilized, while esthetically, aligning and rotating the upper lateral incisors properly created a broader, more natural-looking smile. High (ectopic) Canine, Deep bite, and crowding

This patient was treated with braces and involved correction of a moderate deep overbite, an ectopic (high) canine, and excess overjet caused by a Class II malocclusion. Treatment included the use of braces and elastics over approximately 18 months.

By reducing the overbite and overjet, the bite was brought into proper function — allowing for balanced contact and natural wear of the front teeth. The final result represents both a functional improvement and a more harmonious, esthetic smile. Severe crowding, Deep overbite, Ectopic canines, Midline discrepancy

This patient was treated for severe dental crowding, a deep overbite, and non-coincident dental midlines using braces, elastics, and interproximal reshaping. The result is both an esthetic and functional improvement, with a more balanced bite and harmonious smile.

Following treatment, the bite forces are more evenly distributed, leading to slower wear on the teeth and enhanced long-term periodontal stability — a healthier, more stable smile overall. Severe crowding, Class II occlusion, Severe overbite, and Overjet.

This case involved correction of a full-cusp Class II malocclusion with a severe overbite and overjet, a 90-degree rotated premolar, and a posterior crossbite. Treatment required braces, elastics, and precise bite coordination to align the arches and achieve a stable occlusion. Orthodontic treatment took about 24 months to complete.

The final result shows dramatic improvement in function, symmetry, and esthetics — correcting the bite relationship, eliminating the crossbite, and restoring proper alignment for long-term stability and health. Severe deep bite, asymmetry incisors, class I occlusion, clear aligners

This case was treated with clear aligners to correct a severe deep bite and asymmetric upper incisors, while maintaining a Class I occlusion.

Precise aligner staging allowed for controlled bite opening and incisor leveling, creating a more balanced, even smile without the need for braces. The result is both functional stability and a natural esthetic improvement through a fully customized, minimally invasive approach taking about 18 months of orthodontic treatment. Severe deep bite, ectopic canine, posterior crossbite, midline non-coincidence.

This case presented with a severe deep bite, an ectopic (high) canine, a posterior crossbite, and non-coincident dental midlines. Treatment required comprehensive orthodontic mechanics in braces to coordinate the arches, align the ectopic tooth, and open the bite to a stable, functional position.

The final outcome shows balanced midlines, corrected crossbite, and improved vertical bite dimension, achieving both functional harmony and a well-proportioned, esthetic smile. Anterior crossbite, Severe deep bite/ overbite

This case shows a dramatic transformation of severe crowding, a deep overbite, multiple crossbites, and a Class III occlusion characterized by a strong lower jaw. Treatment was completed with braces and consistent elastic wear over a period of 24 months.

Through careful bite correction and arch coordination, the result achieved both functional balance and a significant esthetic improvement, restoring harmony between the upper and lower jaws and creating a confident, stable smile. Severe crowding, narrow arch, severe overbite

Severe crowding, narrow arches, severe deep bite, treated with braces, tooth This case involved severe crowding, narrow dental arches, and a severe deep bite. Treatment included braces with four premolar extractions to create proper space for alignment — and the result is so natural you’d never know extractions were performed. Total treatment time was 24 months, with careful midline coordination to achieve symmetry and balance.

The final outcome shows ideal alignment, improved arch form, and a harmonious bite, combining functional precision with a refined esthetic result. Flaring/proclination, spacing, class II, overjet, spacing

This case involved correction of flared and proclined front teeth, upper spacing, and a Class II bite with excessive overjet. Treatment with braces and elastics guided the teeth back into ideal alignment, closing all spacing and reestablishing proper incisor angulation.

The final result shows a balanced bite, improved lip support, and a more natural smile line, combining both esthetic refinement and functional correction.

Spacing, midline coordination, overbite, small maxillary lateral rotation

This case was treated with clear aligners over 18 months to correct dental spacing, midline discrepancies, a deep overbite, and a rotated upper lateral incisor.

Precise aligner movements allowed for controlled space closure, midline coordination, and bite leveling — all without braces. The final result is a balanced, natural-looking smile with improved function and esthetics.
