Dr. Aronson graduated from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, graduating number one in his class.
He then earned a dual Master's degree in Orthodontics and Oral Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, one of the nation’s top orthodontic programs.
Dr. Aronson is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction that fewer than 30% of orthodontists have obtained, and he holds several U.S. patents for dental and orthodontic innovations. Dr. Aronson and Dr. Friedman are the only board-certified orthodontists in the Southbury and Waterbury, CT areas.
